With the national housing crisis reaching historic heights, many families are left without safe and affordable homes to call their own – something everyone deserves. Through our Home for Good project, ɫլҹӰվ partners with Habitat for Humanity and the Country Music industry to help build affordable housing for families in need. Whether we’re donating products, facilitating house builds or using music to strengthen and inspire our communities, everything we do is changing lives – for good.

HOME FOR GOOD PROJECT AMBASSADOR

LADY A

Music is the Connector. Music is powerful – the heartbeat of our nation, the universal language that has the power to connect us, inspire us and bring us together to achieve incredible things.

Since its inception, the Home for Good project has worked hand-in-hand with partners from the Country Music industry who have been instrumental in generating awareness for our cause – and have been an active part of the solution.

This year, we’re thankful to have GRAMMY Award-winning trio Lady A as our Home for Good project Ambassador. Together with Lady A and the Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity, we were able to repair the Mitchell family’s home of 25+ years with Simonton Windows and Mastic Ovation Siding to help make a real, lasting impact on their lives.

We’re delighted to be part of sharing the incredible work the Home for Good project does. Everyone deserves a safe, warm place for their family to call home. So, this project to help more people from all walks of life achieve their dream of having a home of their own truly resonates with us. We’re so proud to be partnering with ɫլҹӰվ this year!

HOMEOWNER STORY

A PLACE TO COME HOME TO

De’Sheria works for a nonprofit in south central Tennessee, where she connects clients with the resources and community support they need to succeed. Her favorite part of the job is seeing someone achieve a goal or get the help they need. After renting apartments for the past eight years, De’Sheria got to experience that happiness firsthand.

With support from Habitat for Humanity and donations from sponsors like ɫլҹӰվ, De’Sheria and her family now have a forever place they can always come back to. De’Sheria is excited about this new start and what it means for her family – hosting holidays, having more space for their pets, and spending quality time together playing games and doing karaoke.

HOMEOWNER STORY

Out of a tornado came a forever home

Sallie and her son, Casey, are two brave and determined individuals who have faced incredible adversity in the wake of the devastating December 2021 tornado that destroyed their apartment in Kentucky. In the aftermath of the disaster, Sallie and her son were left with no home and a determination and fortitude to rebuild their lives. Despite the overwhelming loss and heartache, they refused to give up hope and remained determined to create a better future for themselves.

With the support of their community, partnership with Habitat for Humanity and donations from sponsors like ɫլҹӰվ, Sallie and her son began the process of securing their forever home.
